The service

These terms govern your use of the hosted Hazy Flow service. Self-managed and enterprise deployments are governed by a separate written agreement — not these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account, including any flows you run and the systems they touch.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to attack or overload others' systems, or to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on free or standard plans. Enterprise plans may include a separate SLA.

Your content

Your flows and data are yours. You grant us only the permissions we need to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes on this page and update the date above. Questions go to hazy-flow@r8.rs.
